How does this service work?

You select the movies you would like to see and put them in a queue called My Queue. You'll then receive your selected titles (1 or 3 movies at a time) depending on your plan. We'll include a postage-paid envelope, so once you're done with your selections, just drop the discs in any mailbox. When we receive your returned DVD(s), we'll ship your next selection(s).

Who pays the postage to return adult rental DVDs?

We do! We provide a postage prepaid return mailer with every adult DVD rental order. You will not incur any additional expenses when returning DVDs to hornyhound.co.uk

How long does it take to get my movies?

As soon as you join and place some movies into your Wish List, things start moving. The first 1 or 3 movies will arrive to you via first class mail in 2 to 3 days.

What is the Rental Queue?

As soon as you start your membership, you can begin selecting movies to watch. Just click on any title's Rent button and that movie will be added to your Rental Queue. Add 10 to 50 movies and the first 1 or 3 available movies (depending on your membership level) on your Rental Queue will be automatically shipped to you. Keep them as long as you want - there are no due dates or late fees! When you return a movie, the next available one on your Rental Queue will be automatically sent. The process continues as long you keep adding, watching and returning movies.

When will my movies ship?

hornyhound.co.uk processes shipments every day that the Postal Service operates. This includes Saturdays! New customers will have their movies shipped out the same day if their rental membership is activated and they have available movies in their "My Rental Queue" before 9am PST. Shipping activity may take place on your account anytime between 9am and 5.30pm PST.

What sort of mailing envelope do you use? Will my letter carrier know that I'm renting adult DVD movies?

Your selections are sent in a plain brown envelope for rentals. The return address on the left-hand corner shows the company as "c/o Buyersguide”. There is no indication of what you're ordering or what is inside. It looks just like any typical letter.

Do you ship internationally?

No. To ensure rapid delivery of products, our service is only available in the United Kindgom.

What happens if a dvd is lost in the post?

These things happen and sometimes the Royal Mail can make mistakes. However, theft will not be tolerated. As an anti-theft measure, upon a loss occurring, your card will be billed the full RRP of the DVD. We will then send you a declaration of postal loss form. You will be refunded in full when you return the loss form, duly completed, to us. Any fraudulent declarations will result in a termination of your account and immediate and full prosecution. Please think twice before deciding to keep our property and blaming it on the Royal Mail.

What if I don't have the envelope to mail the movie back?

Just log in as usual and click on - Your Account – at the top of the page once logged in then - Contact us - to report a problem with the DVD, will send you a new envelope to return the DVD at no cost or you can return the DVD to us at the following address:

If you do send the DVD back to us in an envelope other than the pre-paid one we sent you, this is at your own risk, since the cost of any losses or damages will have to be met by you. Please ensure that you include a piece of paper detailing your Name, Address.
